My career began in London's prime residential market at Chestertons and Sotheby's International Realty, handling high-end lettings, large-scale new-build developments and headline deals, including a £60,000 per month letting in Regent's Park, and advising private clients including royal families and UHNWIs.
Alongside this, I'm involved in a slate of independent film and music projects across development and financing.

Beyond property
During COVID, Milan launched Founders House (Listen here) a podcast where I spoke with startup founders to help students learn how to land their dream job. That experience sparked my interest in how startups scale, how founders build products, and how technology is reshaping industries.
I also support The Zoe Project, a non-profit that provides maternal health care programmes supporting vulnerable women, girls and babies in the Western Cape.
